Complaints

Free a Girl considers it important to maintain good contact and relations with its donors and partners. We handle complaints and suggestions in a timely manner.

The Procedure

  1. Please send your complaints and suggestions by mail to: Free a Girl Foundation, Hendrik Figeeweg 3-G10, 2031 BJ Haarlem – The Netherlands. You can also call +31 (0)20 7163933, send an email to info@freeagirl.nl or fill in the contact form.
  2. Immediately on receipt, it will be determined which department or person will be best suited in handling the complaint.
  3. Your complaint will be registered.
  4. Within one week, you will receive a confirmation informing you that your complaint has been registered and when a response can be expected.
  5. After careful consideration, Free a Girl will decide upon the necessary next steps and actions in response to the complaint.
  6. A complaint will be handled as quickly as possible, and in most cases, within one month. If this does not occur, you will be informed. Lengthy response times may be due to the fact that projects are located abroad and specific procedures and processes must be followed.
  7. A complaint is considered to be handled when we have made every effort to properly respond and provide an answer to the best of our ability.
